Become a Groopie - Share the Joy of Greece

Our goal is to enlist 1000 people who will contribute $25 each to support two students for a full-semester study abroad scholarship at the American College of Greece in Athens. To date, the Greek America Foundation has provided five full-semester scholarships and one full-year fellowship. The donors become "stakeholders" in the students' experience and will have access to a private Facebook page where the students will be blogging regularly and sharing their experiences while in Greece during the Fall semester of 2012.

The Greek America Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion, preservation and perpetuation of Greek culture, history, heritage and ideals in North America. One of the most important projects we promote is our "Hellenic Legacy Scholarship" program which sends North American college students to experience Greece, first hand, for a complete semester.
